2009 – Candidates of sciences (Ph.D. in geology), specialty „Geology of Oil and Gas” (103 – Earth Sciences) (resolution of the Presidium of the High Attestation Commission of Ukraine of December 16, 2009). Dissertation topic: „Thermodynamic conditions of the oil-like systems formation in the Earth subsoil by the stable carbon isotopes ratio in individual hydrocarbon”.

2021 – Doctor of sciences (Doctor habilitatus), specialty „Geochemistry” (103 – Earth Sciences) (resolution of the Presidium of the High Attestation Commission of Ukraine of February 01, 2022). Dissertation topic: „Evolution of organic matter of sedimentary complexes of Ukraine oil and gas regions from the thermodynamics standpoint”.

December 2013 to this day – senior researcher of the Institute of Geology and Geochemistry of Combustible Minerals of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, department of problems of geotechnology of combustible minerals (Lviv).
